Q: When will my order be Delivered?

A: On checkout there is an option to select the next available delivery date, during Level 4 lockdown, we will be delivering on Monday and Wednesday for Auckland and Tauranga and on Monday, Wednesday AND Friday in the Waikato.

Q: Can I collect my order from One of your stores?

A:This services is only for home delivery, if you would like an order from one of our retail locations please contact them so they can help you with that, see locations here volarebread.com/locations/

Q: What time can I expect a delivery?

A: Auckland and Tauranga orders will be sent out via overnight courier during Level 4 Lockdown. Our Drivers are on the road delivering Waikato orders very early morning, we expect deliveries to be completed by the end of the day. 

Q: I Won't be home for delivery, what do I do?

A: Please let us know a safe place to leave the order when checking out or email us and we can pass it along to our driver.



Q: Do you offer Gluten Free?

A: We currently do not have a gluten free offering but watch this space.

Q: Where do you source your ingredients?

A: We use Flour Milled in Canterbury and NZ Butter in all our pastries.

Q: Do you use any additives or preservatives?

A: Everything we do is traditional, from scratch baking, we don't use any modern preservatives or additives just flour water and salt.

Q: Are your breads Dairy Free?

A: All of our loaves are Dairy Free
