Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When do I need to place my order by?

  • Place an order before 2PM Sunday for a Tuesday delivery
  • Place an order before 2PM Wednesday for a Friday delivery

    Q: Can we pickup from a store?

    A: Yes! We now have click and collect available at 5 of our Waikato stores but you will still be limited to a Tuesday or Friday pickup day (same as our deliveries). You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup from your selected store. 

    The store include Gallagher Drive, Greenhill Park, Grey Street, Cambridge, and Te Awamutu. Click here for contact info and hours.

    Q: Where will you deliver?

    A: We will continue delivering throughout the Waikato, Tauranga, and Auckland regions. If you fall outside these areas and would like to know whether or not we can make an exception for you, send an email to orders@breadbox.co.nz.

    Q: When will my order be delivered?

    A: On checkout there is an option to select the next available delivery date – we currently deliver Tuesday and Friday. If you are outside our delivery area we do offer overnight couriers.

    Q: What time can I expect a delivery?

    A: Our Drivers are on the road delivering Waikato, Tauranga, and Auckland orders from very early morning. We expect deliveries to be completed by the end of the day. If we have sent your order via Courier it may be overnight.

    Q: I won't be home for delivery, what do I do?

    A: Please let us know a safe place to leave the order under 'Delivery Notes' when checking out, or shoot an email to orders@breadbox.co.nz and we'll pass it along to our drivers.

    Q: How do I sent a box to someone as a gift?

    A: Easy! Simply pick the box you'd like to send and enter their delivery info at checkout. Make sure to let us know that it's a gift in the 'Delivery Notes' section on the website, and leave a personalised note that we will print onto a card to be included in the box. We also have Gift Cards available if you'd prefer to give them the gift of choice.

    Q: Do you offer Gluten Free?

    A: We currently do not have a gluten free offering but watch this space.

    Q: Where do you source your ingredients?

    A: We use Flour Milled in Canterbury and NZ Butter in all our pastries.

    Q: Do you use any additives or preservatives?

    A: Everything we do is traditional, from scratch baking, we don't use any modern preservatives or additives just flour water and salt.

    Q: Are your breads Dairy Free?

    A: All of our loaves are Dairy Free
